You finish Shani's "Eyes in the Sky," and Celeste immediately lines up "After Rain Comes" like it's no big deal. It is, if you treat it like a normal loot run. This one isn't about what you extract with—it's about what you deploy with, and checking your stash for ARC Raiders Items can save you a wasted drop when you realise you're missing the exact parts.

You need five wires and two batteries in your inventory, no more and no less. People mess this up by thinking "close enough" will count. It won't. The smart move is stuffing them into your safepocket the second you load in, because the game doesn't care that they're "quest items" when a drone tags you or a squad decides you look easy. If you're short on parts, don't overthink it: hit tech-heavy rooms, check server cabinets, rip through old PCs, and keep moving. Research areas tend to be good, and the Grandioso Apartments can pay out if you're willing to search floor by floor. And if the RNG's being rude, grab every toaster, power bank, and heatsink you see and scrap them back at base until you've got what you need.

Once you're actually ready, deploy into the Buried City. Your target sits near the Grandioso Apartments, toward the east side, close to that pond down in the southwest corner of the map. It sounds backwards, but you'll get it when you're there. The solar panels are huge, so you won't be squinting at rooftops wondering if you're in the right place. What matters is the bright yellow electrical box tucked under the panels. That box is your interaction point, and it's a "stand still and commit" kind of action—so clear the area first, listen for footsteps, and don't start it while you're mid-panic.

When you use the box, the mission eats the five wires and two batteries immediately, and the panels come back online. That's why keeping the parts protected matters more than your usual junk haul. A lot of Raiders do the run once, fail it because they brought four wires, then swear it's bugged. It's not. It's just strict. Treat the repair like you're planting a flag: pick a moment, watch your angles, do it clean, and then start thinking about extract routes.

The payout isn't going to change your life—some blue light sticks, durable cloth, a few antiseptics. It's basically a pat on the head. But missions like this keep your progression moving and your log from turning into a mess of half-finished errands. Do it once, do it prepared, and get out without turning your wires into someone else's trophy; if you're looking to gear up faster afterward, it also helps to know where to buy ARC Raiders weapons so your next drop feels a lot less fragile.
